Friday, September 18

  • 6:30 - 8:30 AM – Breakfast (Open to All Delegates/Alternates & Guests)
  • 7:30 AM – Delegate Registration (All Delegates Must Check In Prior to Business Session)
  • 7:30 - 8:15 AM – New Delegate Orientation (Open to All Delegates/Alternates)
  • 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM – Exhibits
  • 8:30 AM – First Business Session & Presentation of 2026 Citizen of the Year
  • 12:00 PM – Luncheon, sponsored by WDIA (Open to All Delegates/Alternates & Guests)
  • 1:00 - 5:00 PM – Afternoon Informal Session & Resolution Hearings
  • 5:00 - 6:00 PM – Happy Hour with Exhibitors
  • 5:30 - 6:30 PM – Wellness Walk
  • 7:00 - 9:00 PM – WSDA Member Appreciation Night (Open to All Delegates/Alternates, Guests & WSDA Members), Free Event Celebrating Membership at the House of Delegates, Food & Beverages Provided

Resolution Deadline
The deadline to submit resolutions to WSDA is August 7, 2026. Resolutions received after this deadline must be brought to the House as New Business.
