- 6:30 - 8:30 PM – House of Delegates Welcome Buffet Dinner (Open to All Delegates/Alternates & Guests), sponsored by Constantine Builders
- 8:30 - 11:00 PM – Hospitality Suite, sponsored by WDIA (Open to All Delegates/Alternates & Guests)
Friday, September 26
- 6:30 - 8:30 AM – Breakfast (Open to All Delegates/Alternates & Guests)
- 7:30 AM – Delegate Registration (All Delegates Must Check In Prior to Business Session)
- 7:30 - 8:15 AM – New Delegate Orientation (Open to All Delegates/Alternates)
- 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM – Exhibits
- 8:30 AM – First Business Session & Presentation of 2025 Citizen of the Year
- At Conclusion of First Business Session – Budget Presentation, Candidates’ Forum
- 12:00 PM – Luncheon, sponsored by WDIA (Open to All Delegates/Alternates & Guests)
- 1:00 - 4:00 PM – Afternoon Informal Session & Resolution Hearings
- 4:00 - 5:00 PM – Happy Hour with Exhibitors
- 7:00 - 9:00 PM – WSDA Member Appreciation Night (Open to All Delegates/Alternates, Guests & WSDA Members), New Free Event Celebrating Membership at the House of Delegates, Food & Beverages Provided
- 9:00 - 11:00 PM – Hospitality Suite, sponsored by WDIA (Open to All Delegates/Alternates & Guests)
Saturday, September 27
- 6:30 - 8:00 AM – Breakfast (Open to All Delegates/Alternates & Guests)
- 7:00 AM – Delegate Registration (All Delegates Must Check In Prior to Business Session)
- 8:00 AM – Second Business Session
Resolutions
Resolutions must be submitted to WSDA by August 14, 2025. Resolutions received after this deadline must be brought to the House as New Business.
