Free Contract Analysis

The ADA Contract Analysis Service will provide you with information concerning a proposed contract so you can better understand and analyze its terms. CAS analyzes the following contracts (before they are signed):

• Dental provider contracts with third party payers.
• Note: Employment and associate contracts are not covered and should be reviewed by an attorney.
  
  

Utilize this service at no charge by submitting a copy of your unsigned contract directly to your state society (the fee is $50 if submitted directly to the ADA).

While the CAS does not review employment contracts, ADA has created a guide to key legal provisions in dentist employment agreements.

Recent graduate WSDA members get a deep registration discount for the Pacific Northwest Dental Conference (PNDC) for up to five years after graduation.
