Contract Analysis
Free Contract Analysis
The ADA Contract Analysis Service will provide you with information concerning a proposed contract so you can better understand and analyze its terms. CAS analyzes the following contracts (before they are signed):
- Dental provider contracts with third party payers.
- Note: Employment and associate contracts are not covered and should be reviewed by an attorney.
Utilize this service at no charge by submitting a copy of your unsigned contract directly to your state society (the fee is $50 if submitted directly to the ADA).
