All delegates must attest to reading A Quick Guide to Charity and Non-Profit Board Service in WA State.
Resolution Deadline
The deadline to submit resolutions to WSDA is August 7, 2026. Resolutions received after this deadline must be brought to the House as New Business.
The following have the authority to submit resolutions to the House of Delegates:
- Standing Committees and Task Forces
- Component Societies
- Petitions Brought Forth by At Least 10 Association Members
- Individual WSDA Officers
- WSDA Board of Directors
