Whether you are facing work or financial stress, relationship issues, grief, anxiety/depression, life changes, trauma or other issues that interfere with your health, well-being, and productivity, the WSDA Member Assistance Program is here to support you.

Powered by First Choice Health EAP and free to all members, the program offers help when you’re facing issues that interfere with your health, well-being, and productivity at home or at work.
- Members can access up to 3 free face-to-face or telehealth sessions per issue per year (no co-pay, deductible, or premium) with a qualified clinical expert who can assess your concerns and develop a plan of action.
- Members also have access to 24/7 immediate phone support to connect with licensed clinicians who are available to listen and talk with you about any issue you may be facing.
These services are provided at no cost and are strictly confidential.

Are There Exceptions to Confidentiality?
WSDA Member Assistance Program services through First Choice Health EAP are free, confidential, and follow all federal and state privacy laws. For your safety, there are some exceptions to confidentiality:
- Intent to harm self/others
- Child abuse
- Elder abuse
