Free, Confidential Mental Health Support Now Available through WSDA Member Assistance Program
WSDA is pleased to announce another valuable benefit for Association members: free, confidential mental health support through our new Member Assistance Program, powered by First Choice Health EAP.

What Is the Member Assistance Program?
The WSDA Member Assistance Program — free to all members — offers help when you’re facing issues that interfere with your health, well-being, and productivity at home or at work.
Members can access up to 3 free face-to-face or telehealth sessions per issue per year (no co-pay, deductible, or premium) with a qualified clinical expert who can assess your concerns and develop a plan of action.
Members also have access to 24/7 immediate phone support to connect with licensed clinicians who are available to listen and talk with you about any issue you may be facing.
These services are provided at no cost and are strictly confidential.
How to Access Services
If you are in crisis or need immediate support:
- Call 800-777-4114 and request to talk with a counselor. This immediate phone support does not apply toward your free sessions and is strictly confidential.
