About Our Speaker
Heather Pincelli is a Clinical Account Executive for First Choice Health's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), bringing nearly two decades of experience in the social services field. Prior to joining First Choice Health, she spent several years in private practice as a small business owner, where she combined her clinical experience with entrepreneurial leadership to support a wide range of clients and manage the operations of a successful practice.
Heather has a strong clinical foundation in trauma-informed care, somatic-based approaches, and attachment theory. Heather is passionate about promoting both individual and organization wellbeing. Her unique blend of clinical depth and business acumen allows her to provide strategic, compassionate support to the clients and teams she serves.
Originally from a small beach town in Florida, Heather now lives just outside of Spokane, Washington. In her free time she enjoys hiking, spending time on the water, and exploring new towns — especially those with great pastries!
