ProviderOne Outage Planned November 9-12

Please read a notice from the HCA regarding a planned outage of the ProviderOne system.
The ProviderOne system will be unavailable from 6 p.m. Friday, November 9 until 11:59 p.m. Monday, November 12 (78 hours) due to scheduled maintenance.

This outage does not affect the Pharmacy POS. Pharmacies will still be able to submit claims for processing during this outage.

Medicaid Transition to Managed Care Cancelled

The 2019 Legislature has directed the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) to continue to administer the dental Medicaid program through fee-for-service. The HCA may not proceed with a carved-out or carved-in managed care dental option at this time.
