ProviderOne to be Updated in November

ProviderOne to be updated in November as part of regular maintenance.

What is changing?

Three updates:

  1. Method of sending and modifying enrollment information. Providers will be able to upload attachments to ProviderOne rather than faxing them.
  2. A Social Security Number (SSN) security patch. Practitioner groups and facilities, agencies, organizations, or institutions (FAOIs) will be able to view only the last four digits of a provider’s SSN.
  3. Provider ability to add the state in which they are licensed.

What’s next?

HCA will follow up with more specific information on November 16, 2018. A process guide for the three updates will also be made available at that time.

Medicaid Transition to Managed Care Cancelled

The 2019 Legislature has directed the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) to continue to administer the dental Medicaid program through fee-for-service. The HCA may not proceed with a carved-out or carved-in managed care dental option at this time.
