Paid Family and Medical Leave Reporting Deadline Extended

The new Paid Family and Medical Leave reporting system launched on July 1 and is now live on Secure Access Washington (SAW). As a result of the new technology system, the Employment Security Department (ESD) has extended the deadline for reporting from July 31 to August 31.

The new Paid Family and Medical Leave reporting system launched on July 1 and is now live on Secure Access Washington (SAW). As a result of the new technology system, the Employment Security Department (ESD) has extended the deadline for reporting from July 31 to August 31. While reporting for Quarters 1 and 2 is now due August 31, ESD encourages employers to start the reporting process as soon as possible. More information about the reporting process can be found through ESD’s Employer Toolkit.
