Please be aware of an incorrect CE due date appearing on license renewal notices sent from the Department of Health.
An unknown number of dentist license renewal notices recently sent from the DOH list CE due dates in 2019. Due to new CE rules under WAC 246-817-440 (effective January 1, 2019) the listed due date
should be your renewal date (your birthday) in 2022 and
the number of CE hours should be 63.
The DOH has been informed of this error.
