The 2018 Leadership Institute class includes members from four dental societies as well as one current dental student at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.

Each participant has been assigned a mentor on the WSDA Board of Directors and will attend various Association meetings and events throughout the next year in order to grow as leaders within organized dentistry.

The group's first meeting on January 4 included an introduction to the WSDA by Association staff and a round-table discussion with several WSDA past presidents.
