Proposed Amendments to Opioid Prescribing Rules

Comment on DQAC's proposed amendments to opioid prescribing rules by Nov. 27.
The Dental Quality Assurance Commission has proposed amendments to opioid prescribing rules to establish patient notification, documentation, counseling requirements, and the right to refuse an opioid prescription.

A rule hearing will be held on Dec. 6 at 9:35 AM during the next DQAC meeting.
