SSB 5351, which already passed unanimously out of the State Senate, makes meaningful progress on major dental benefits policy issues, including:

• Prohibiting same-day denials
• Restricting fees associated with virtual credit card payments
• Requiring a mediation process to address the major issues of establishing a dental loss ratio threshold and creating non-network reimbursement fairness
