DQAC has withdrawn the CR-102 for WAC chapters 246-817-701 through 246-817-790 for administration of anesthetic agents for dental procedures and cancelled the Jan. 20 rules hearing.
During the Dec, 9, 2022, business meeting, the Dental Quality Assurance Commission voted to withdraw the CR-102 for WAC chapters 246-817-701 through 246-817-790 for administration of anesthetic agents for dental procedures. See attached memo. The scheduled hearing is cancelled.
DQAC has asked the dental anesthesia committee to continue rules work on these chapters (WAC chapters 246-817-701 through 246-817-790).
