DQAC is seeking feedback on proposed rule language to amend WAC 246-817-907 – Patient notification, secure storage, and disposal.

The Dental Quality Assurance Commission​ (DQAC) is seeking feedback on proposed rule language to amend WAC 246-817-907 – Patient notification, secure storage, and disposal.

SSB 5380 became effective July 28, 2019 and requires DQAC to amend rules establishing additional patient notification requirements when prescribing opioids.
