Delta Dental of Washington is excited to announce a new feature on the DDWA website that will answer your questions without having to pick up the phone, Provider Web Chat.

Delta Dental of Washington is excited to announce a new feature on the DDWA website that will answer your questions without having to pick up the phone, Provider Web Chat.

This tool can help with everything from claim status, check patient benefits, payment voucher questions, DeltaCare exceptions and more, including:

  • Looking up alternative ID numbers
  • Frequency and percentages for procedure codes
  • Check patient history
  • Update perio chart
  • Documentation requirements and guidelines for codes
  • Claim Adjustment
  • DeltaCare Pedo/Medical Hold
  • Fee Confirmation Page (WA state providers only)

The provider web chat tool can be launched by clicking the Chat button on the right side of the screen, just above the Feedback button. There is also an Agent and a DeltaCare button for instances when you need to talk to one of our Service Specialists directly or need to chat about a DeltaCare question. Best of all, you can open a chat session and leave it open all day, asking questions and receiving answers as needed throughout the day.
