Get your office(s) on track to earn refunds on your workers' compensation premiums by:

• Enrolling in WSDA Retro ASAP (next deadline: March 1). Signing up for this members-only program is free, easy, and also comes with the benefit of complimentary workers’ compensation expertise and support from our program administrator, ERNwest. The earlier you sign up, the earlier you will qualify to receive refunds.
• Staying enrolled for consecutive years. As participants continue their WSDA Retro participation for consecutive years, the refund distribution will begin to include multiple plan years, which should result in considerably larger refunds as the Retro program matures.
