What's new?
Until now, providers had to submit PA requests via fax or paper submission. This enhancement will increase efficiency by allowing providers to submit direct data entry and include color photos, x-rays, and all other required PA documentation.
Note: Providers may continue to submit requests by fax or mail. Visit
HCA's PA webpage for instructions on these processes.
Can I submit my PAs now?
Yes. User acceptance testing has been completed, and the
system is now live.
