A receipt is sent to member dentists via email once their payment has been processed. WSDA recommends that member dentists keep this receipt for accounting purposes.

Online Installment Plan
The installment plan allows you to make 12 monthly payments with your credit card. Checks are not accepted for installment plan payments unless the installment plan is being paid in full.
A one-time processing fee of $72 is automatically included for installment plans.
The first payment of an installment plan is made when the installment plan is created. All subsequent payments will be run on the 5th of each month. If an installment plan is started after February 5th, all payments for previous months will be charged with the first payment.
Member dentists using the installment plan will receive email notification of successful installment charges and/or failed charges. Member dentists are responsible for updating their card information either
online or by calling WSDA at (800) 448-3368. If a member dentist is past due on three installment charges, their membership will be cancelled and all tripartite membership benefits will cease.
If a member dentist chooses to cancel their installment plan before dues are paid in full and without making arrangements to pay dues in full, membership will be cancelled and all tripartite membership benefits will cease. No refund will be issued.
