In this webinar you will learn: Faced with a weak economy, and patients who are unemployed or have lost health care benefits; many dental practices are experiencing large amounts of open time in their schedules and decreased revenue. Some practices, however, have successfully implemented and refined systems that help make their practice recession-proof. This program will discuss such strategies and systems, including the importance of planning and goal-setting, marketing, utilizing technology and optimizing the continuing care (recall) program in the practice. The discussion will include practical tips that can be implemented immediately and produce measurable results.
