How to Vote In Support of Delta Bylaw Amendments: In Person or By Proxy
In response to petitions signed by nearly 650 Delta member dentists, Washington Dental Service has scheduled two special meetings for Wednesday, September 6, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Lynnwood Convention Center for Delta member dentists to vote upon proposed bylaw amendments.
It is imperative that a sufficient number of Delta member dentists vote in support of these proposed bylaw amendments in order for the amendments to be approved.
You may vote in two ways:
1. In Person: The best way to vote in support of the bylaw amendments is to attend the September 6 special meetings in person. Let us know you will attend here.
2. By Proxy: In case you are unable to attend, you may appoint or request another Delta member dentist to serve as your proxy. If you choose this option, DO NOT mail your proxy ballot back to WDS. Complete and deliver it to the dentist you appoint to serve as your proxy. Request someone to serve as your proxy or view an example of how to fill out the proxy ballot.
It is vitally important that you do everything in your power to attend the special meetings on September 6—we are fighting for nothing less than the health of your patients and the future of your practice.
