Discounted Interpreter Services Available

In order to comply with Section 1557, a provision of the Affordable Care Act, many dentists in Washington state are now required to provide an interpreter for patients with limited English proficiency (LEP). As interpreter services can be very costly, the ADA and WSDA have co-endorsed CyraCom Language Solutions, a leading provider in language interpreter services to healthcare, which offers interpreter services to our members at a substantially discounted rate.

Interested in saving almost 70% off interpretation services? Learn more about CyraCom and how they can assist you in complying with Section 1557.

Not sure if Section 1557 applies to you? Read more about the final rule here (ADA password required).

Additional resources for Section 1557 such as state specific taglines & statements of nondiscrimination as well as FAQs and a compliance checklist can be accessed at WSDA’s Source and the ADA’s Center for Professional Success.
