Course Description
This course will examine how early issues like mouth breathing, tongue ties, and improper swallowing habits can adversely affect the way our jaws grow. We will look at patterns such as crossbites, open bites, underbites, and overbites, and gain a deeper understanding of their etiology as well as treatment strategies. We will discuss comprehensive and interdisciplinary treatment strategies for children and adults with various skeletal issues.
