PNDC 2021 COVID-19 Vaccination & Mask Policy

King County-issued order requires proof of vaccination or negative test for conferences/conventions, effective Oct. 25, 2021. In accordance with this mandate, attendance at PNDC 2021 will require proof of vaccination or a negative PCR COVID test administered within 72 hours of arrival at registration. In addition, based on the current requirements set forth by Washington state, masks will be required while indoors at PNDC. Review our Health & Safety FAQs to learn more.

Action Required to Receive Badge

To receive badges in the mail prior to the conference and avoid extra wait times upon arrival, vaccinated registrants must upload an accepted proof of vaccination (see Health & Safety FAQs for accepted forms) into their registration record by Friday, Oct. 22 at 11:59 PM.

Registrants can access their registration by logging in with their last name and badge number here. This step-by-step guide is available to help attendees update their vaccination information.

Please note: Proof of vaccination emailed directly to PNDC cannot be accepted, attendees must upload through the online registration system.

Attendees who do not upload proof of vaccination by Oct. 22, and those who are not vaccinated, will not receive their badge in the mail and instead will have to show their proof of vaccination or negative PCR test administered within 72 hours of arrival at registration to receive their badge.
