How to Vote Online
- Find your Electronic Voting Number in your email from sender wdsagent@proxy-agent.com or email Delta at ProviderEngagement@DeltaDentalWA.com.
- Visit www.cesvote.com and input your Electronic Voting Number.
- Complete your online proxy following the instructions provided at wsda.org/delta to approve proposed amendments to the WDS/Delta Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.
