The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) is conducting a survey of practicing dentists in Washington to learn what support for antibiotic stewardship exists in dental clinics. As a dentist, the information you provide is valuable and DOH will use it to guide development of education, resources, and tools for optimizing antibiotic prescribing in dental clinics.

The survey is expected to take 15 minutes and is open to practicing dentists.
