Course Description

This lecture will discuss conservative endodontics, from diagnosis and treatment planning, to access cavity design, shaping principles, and restoration of endodontically treated teeth.

Objectives

• Understand case selection and evaluation to inform the prognosis of endodontic treatment
• Understand concepts of dentin-directed conservation including access cavity design and endodontic shaping
• Understand restoratively-driven endodontics and techniques
