The Employment Security Department (ESD) has released an updated Employer Toolkit for Washington's Paid Family and Medical Leave Program.
The ESD updated its
Paid Family and Medical Leave Program Employer Toolkit to include employer reporting requirements finalized earlier in November.
The update also includes an updated schedule and a document change log to review what was changed from the previous toolkit.
