The agency is revising WAC 182-535-1084 to (1) allow for payment of silver diamine fluoride as a topical preventive agent; (2) clarify that the coverage policy for silver diamine fluoride is two times per tooth, per visit in a twelve month period; and (3) clarify that silver diamine fluoride cannot billed with interim therapeutic restoration on the same tooth when arresting caries or as a preventive agent.
