The Health Care Authority (HCA) sends you this notification to update you on our Provider Directory implementation efforts. We last notified you on November 17, 2021.
Provider Directory implementation update
In part of the new interoperability requirements, the Provider Directory will be made available to clients through a 3rd party application of their choice. Due to external policies for application approval, HCA is continuing to work to make 3rd party applications available for our clients.
As a result, HCA will not be implementing on December 10 as previously stated. We do not have an estimated resolution date at this time, but we will notify you as soon as we know more.
In the meantime, HCA appreciates your cooperation and thanks you for updating your provider information to assist HCA in complying with the interoperability requirements. If you haven’t updated your ProviderOne provider file, please refer to our November 17th bulletin for more information.
