How to Request a Sign Language Interpreter

Please review the following information from the HCA:

The Health Care Authority (HCA) will be providing training webinars to assist providers in submitting Sign Language requests through ProviderOne. These webinars are designed to give technical assistance, provide resources, and discuss the new process, as well as provide an opportunity for providers to share their feedback to help us continue to streamline the process and better serve our clients.

We want to ensure we are working together to meet Medicaid client's language access needs. These trainings will be held:

February 19, 2020, 11 - 12 p.m., register here
February 26, 2020, 8:30 - 9:30 a.m., register here
March 4, 2020, 2:30 - 3:30 p.m., register here

Medicaid Transition to Managed Care Cancelled

The 2019 Legislature has directed the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) to continue to administer the dental Medicaid program through fee-for-service. The HCA may not proceed with a carved-out or carved-in managed care dental option at this time.
