Preproposal - Notice of Intent (CR101)

182-535-1245 Access to Baby & Child Dentistry (ABCD) program
Purpose: The agency is revising WAC 182-535-1245 to expand the ABCD program to include children ages 6-12 with disabilities and allow for dentists and dental hygienists who are certified to provide program services to children with disabilities to be paid at the enhanced rate for these children.

182-512-0785 SSI related medical - Effect of a sponsor's income
Purpose: The agency is revising this rule to correct a typographical error in a WAC reference. WAC 182-512-0785(1)(d) references WAC 182-512-0190. This WAC does not exist. It should refer to WAC 182-512-0790.

Medicaid Transition to Managed Care Cancelled

The 2019 Legislature has directed the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) to continue to administer the dental Medicaid program through fee-for-service. The HCA may not proceed with a carved-out or carved-in managed care dental option at this time.
