The Health Care Authority has been notified that some of our Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD) providers have received denials on interim therapeutic restoration (ITR) claims or have not received enhanced payments for ABCD services.
The Health Care Authority (agency) has been notified that some of our Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD) providers have received denials on interim therapeutic restoration (ITR) claims or have not received enhanced payments for ABCD services. We found that the ProviderOne file for these providers does not have the appropriate indicators needed for correct claims payment. We are working with our Provider Enrollment unit to correct this issue and will work with providers to reprocess their claims.
