How do I register?
Register online here. It’s fast, easy, secure, and requires no extra processing fees.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made prior to the point at which attendee badges are mailed will receive a full refund. After badges are mailed, cancellations qualify for a full refund as long as cancelled badges are returned to PNDC via mail at 126 NW Canal St. Suite 300, Seattle, WA 98107 and postmarked no later than November 10, 2021. Cancellation requests should be made via email to All purchased workshops and special events are nonrefundable.

Is there an option for paper registration?
We encourage all attendees to register online, as it is the fastest, easiest way to register. For an additional $25 processing fee, you may register by fax or mail. Print and complete the registration form found online at and either fax to (206) 973-5249 or mail the form and payment to PNDC at 126 NW Canal St, Suite 300, Seattle, WA 98107.

How will I receive my badge and other materials?
U.S. and Canadian attendees who register by November 1 will receive their badges and lecture/workshop tickets by mail prior to the conference. Groups of more than one registrant will have all materials sent to the primary registrant’s address.

Can I register onsite?
Yes. Registration will be available at the Convention Center. Photo ID is required to register.

New in 2021: Ticketed Lectures

To ensure the health and safety of our attendees and to comply with venue capacity restrictions, lectures at PNDC 2021 will be ticketed. Please request lecture tickets (free for any lecture) during your registration. Attendees will be unable to attend a lecture without a ticket. 

Attendees may update ticket preferences through the PNDC registration system prior to receiving their badge in the mail. On-site lecture ticket changes can be made at the registration desk, subject to availability.

Child Attendance Policy

Children over the age of 12 must register for the conference. Parents are always required to monitor their children and respect their fellow attendees by exiting a room if noise or behavior becomes an issue.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in any lectures but can enter the Exhibit Hall during show hours and must always be accompanied by an adult. Strollers are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall.

Infants in arms may attend lectures. If the infant becomes disruptive to others, the parent and infant will be asked to leave the lecture. No strollers are allowed in lecture rooms.

No children of any age will be allowed in workshops.

CE Certificates

CE certificates are available electronically. Record the unique code provided at the end of each session. To access your CE certificates, enter your codes at or through the link in the PNDC App.

Location & Hotel

Where is PNDC located?
Unless stated otherwise in the program, all lectures and workshops will be held at the Washington State Convention Center and Hyatt Regency Seattle. Special events may be held off-site.

Where do I stay?
