What is a Webinar?
A Webinar is a web- based LIVE continuing education lecture.   You see the presenter’s presentation while they are delivering it from the convenience of your computer and listen to it through your telephone.

I’ve never participated in a Webinar, what do I do?
Simply follow the links to register for the Webinar of your choice, you will immediately be emailed a confirmation and instructions.  Please read and follow the instructions prior to the Webinar in order to be prepared.

What equipment to I need to participate in a Webinar?
You will need a computer with a reliable fast internet connection and a phone (preferably a land line with a speaker phone).

What does the fee cover?
The fee will allow you to login to the Webinar from one computer and listen through one phone.  You may accommodate as many people as you like from that one spot, however if you would like other members of your team to login from another location, you must register separately.

How many people from my practice can participate in a Webinar?
As many that can fit around your computer!  If any of your team members would like to login from another location, you must register separately.

What if I can’t attend the Webinar at the stated date and time?
The webinar will be recorded, if you cannot attend, simply register for the Webinar  and you will be emailed a link to the recording once it is complete.
