I’m more interested in continuity of care than in making money on the sale, so this could be a way for a debt-laden graduate to get a practice of his/her own--I will carry the contract. Four ops, older but functional equipment, great location, middle-income clientele, collections averaging $650,000/year since 2011 working 3.5 days/week.
