The WSDA Relief Fund assists dentists, who, because of accidental injury, advanced age or physically debilitating illness or medically related condition, is prevented gainful employment and an inability to be wholly self-sustaining. 

The purpose of the Relief Fund is not to pay debt or preserve certain assets like a second home, second car, boat, or recreation vehicles. The policy of the Relief Fund is to discretionally award relief grants for meeting emergency needs and daily living expenses.
