On November 15, WSDA will host a hospitality buffet from 4:30p.m. - 6:30 p.m. in the Northwest 1 room of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel/Seattle Airport for all dentists attending the WDS Annual Meeting. The buffet will feature deli meats, salads and beverages, and will provide a relaxing and private place for attending dentists to congregate, socialize and discuss the meeting.

If you cannot attend the WDS Annual Meeting (Thursday, November 15 at 6:00 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the Doubletree By Hilton Hotel/Seattle Airport), it is imperative that you visit the Concerned Dentists of Washington State website for their suggestions on how to vote in the upcoming election for WDS board members. Your proxy forms are due by November 14th.

If you are planning on attending the meeting, you do not need to do anything with your proxy form.
