DR. MARY JENNINGS: WDS - WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?

   I recently found that the Washington Dental Service is paying for all of the University of Washington student’s clinical boards. At first I thought there must be some mistake. Surely it was the charitable WDS Foundation that must be giving the gift. After all, it has given $2.4 million dollars to charity. The Puget Sound Business Journal lists the Foundation ninth in their top 75 corporate philanthropists. Nope, the gift was not from the Foundation. It was from WDS.

RECRUIT A MEMBER TODAY!

Did you know that more than half of the WSDA’s membership is age 50 or older? It is a statistic seen throughout the nation and as the baby boomer generation begins to retire it is important to reach out to our next generation of leaders and introduce them to both the tangible and intangible benefits of organized dentistry.

Are you up to the challenge of helping us recruit new members? We certainly hope so but just to make sure here are a few incentives to really get you excited.
