Volunteers Needed for a Veterans Dental Care Day – Patriots’ Day
Clinic hours are typically 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. A volunteer can specify time, date, location and population served. When information is received from a volunteer, they're contacted by phone to get an idea of their availability, procedure ability, and preference of population served (i.e. children, seniors etc.). Since there are several vans available on any one day in several locations, there are usually some options to pick when volunteering. For additional information and a volunteer application, if you and/or your staff are interested in helping with a clinic in the Puget Sound area, please contact Nancy Utt, Mobile Dental Program Manager for Medical Teams International at (425) 284-1936 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Retired WSDA members and affiliate hygiene members who participate in the state’s Volunteer/Retired Provider Program will receive a complimentary full conference badge to the next PNDC. Please submit a WWAHEC certificate, stating your enrollment with your PNDC registration form. You may obtain this certificate by contacting WWAHEC at (206) 441-7137, or by emailing email@example.com.
