The Washington Information Network 2-1-1 system is a network of seven regional call centers, each with database of community resources. 2-1-1 connects people with important information about training, employment, food pantries, health care, help for aging parents, addiction prevention programs, affordable housing options, support groups, and ways of becoming part of their community. The Washington Oral Health Foundation (WOHF) is proud to be one of the service's community resources, providing access to care to the people who need it most.
If you would like to become a part of the WSDA Outreach Program, please contact Ruth Abate, WOHF's Director of Operations and Community Outreach at (206) 973-5229 or email her at email@example.com. If you have a patient who needs additional assistance beyond your office capabilities, or know anyone who could benefit from the Washington Information Network resources, have them call 2-1-1 to get help. [Please note: people calling from a cell phone from other than a Washington area code should dial 800-621-4636.]
