SERVICE DISRUPTION NOTICE
Aptify Managed Services will be installing a software upgrade this evening, Friday June 26th, starting at 5:45PM. This maintenance is expected to take about 24 hours to complete. While maintenance is underway, the ADA’s Single Sign On (SSO) functionality will be unavailable. When users attempt to access a web site with content that requires login via SSO, they will be redirected to a page that displays a “Down for maintenance” message.
The following systems will be affected while the maintenance is underway:
· The Aptify Tripartite system will not be available
· “Member’s Only” content on www.ada.org, success.ada.org and jada.ada.org will not be accessible
· Volunteers will not be able to login to connect.ada.org or penetwork.ada.org
· The ADA Catalog web site will not be available
The Mouthhealthy.org and Mouthhealthykids.org websites will not be affected. Please call the ADA Aptify Support Team at 800.232.1398 if you have any questions about this notice.
