ADA Webinar: Coordinating Benefits

Dental benefits and specifically coordination of benefits (COB) typically generate many questions from dental offices. The ADA has been, and continues to be, extremely active in advocating for dentistry and educating dental offices on COB and other dental benefits issues. Join the ADA on January 27 for the webinar, "Coordinating Benefits: How much of my fee should I write off?"

What is a PPO write-off? What fee can I charge my patient when there are two dental plans involved and I participate with both plans? The answers to these questions and additional information on COB will be discussed in this interactive webinar. In addition, best practices on how to coordinate benefits between multiple dental benefit plans will be discussed and you will gain a better understanding of basic coordination of benefits rules.

You will also hear how to receive assistance when handling COB situations.

ADA leadership continues to hear your feedback on these issues and this webinar is among the many tactics we are employing as part of our coordinated communications plan on dental benefits and third party issues. We look forward to your participation.
