Driving Directions

The Washington State Dental Association offices are located at 1001 Fourth Ave, Suite 3800 in Seattle, Wash. 

Coming from the North on I-5 going Southbound:
Exit James Street
Right on Columbia Street
Right on 4th Avenue
Left onto Madison, then immediately turn right into the garage.

Coming from the South on I-5 going Northbound:
Exit James/Madison Streets
Follow to Madison
Left on Madison
Just pass 4th Ave, turn right into garage.

Coming from the East off I-90 going Westbound:
Stay on I-90 until it ends
It will leave you on 4th Ave, simply turn left onto 4th Ave
Left on Madison
Immediately enter parking garage on the right.

Coming from the East off 520 going Westbound:
Exit I-5 South
Exit James St
Right on Columbia Street
Right on 4th Avenue
Left on Madison, then immediately turn right into garage.
